Welcome to Green Island Rod and Gun Club Inc., your most family-oriented gun club in Schaghticoke, New York, located near the Tomhannock Reservoir. We offer a variety of activities, including gun ranges, archery ranges, indoor and outdoor 3D target archery events, a 5-acre bass pond, and much more. As a member, you become a partial owner of the Green Island Rod & Gun Club, and it is up to the members to keep it looking good and functioning properly. The Green Island Rod & Gun Club focuses on family and the local community.

Work Party July 11th, 2026 8:30am

NEBA shoot July 12th, 2026 7:00am-11:00am

What's Happening?

There is a work party scheduled for July 11th, 2026 from 8:30am to 12:00pm. The work to be performed is setting up 3D archery targets for July 12th's outdoor 3D NEBA archery shoot. We will also be doing general cleanup of the clubhouse, such as sweeping the floors, cleaning the bathrooms and etc. Members will also have to cleanup the club grounds around the buildings and clear the trails. The Gun Ranges will also need to be cleaned up from empty shell casings and garbage around the ranges.We hope to see you there!
